Ingredients
- Oven cooking bags - (Large - 8lb meat)
- 1 lb trimmed veal brisket or shoulder
- 2 bottles of Barbeque Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°. Place trimmed brisket in oven cooking bag. Pour 1 bottle of barbeque sauce into the oven cooking bag. Add 12oz. of water.
Seal bag and place into baking tin. Cook for 3 hrs. Remove brisket from bag and drain.
Place onto cutting board and slice the brisket into 3 inch strips against the grain. Using a sharp chopper, chop until meat shreds to desired consistency.
Coat a saucepan with barbeque sauce and add shredded meat into pan. Add additional barbeque sauce to taste. On high heat, stir for approximately 3-4 min. Remove from heat and serve as sandwich.
