Zesty Lemon-Glazed Veal Chops

Prep Time: 5 minutes 
Cook Time: 15 minutes

4 veal chops (rib or loin), about 1/2-inch thick 
1/4 cup A.1. Steak Sauce 
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 
2 tsp. grated lemon peel 
1 clove garlic, minced 
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper 
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves 

1. Mix steak sauce, lemon peel, garlic, pepper and oregano; brush on both sides of veal chops.

2. Grill chops on medium heat 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness, brushing with sauce occasionally. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
