David Mosner, Inc. Completes “Certified Humane” Veal Calf Welfare Audit. Major Veal Calf Producer/Packer becomes first US supplier of Certified Humane veal.

Humane Farm Animal Care and its “Certified Humane Raised &
Handled” program conducted professional, science-based audits of every farm and processing facility used in conjunction with Mosner’s All Natural Veal program. Extensive documentation and inspections were required before HFAC certified that David Mosner, Inc. and their Mosner All Natural Veal, meets or exceeds HFAC’s welfare standards in the raising of its veal calves.

Mosner added, “Based on on-farms visits and examination of documentation, we are pleased to be able to certify that all of the welfare policies of the farms and processing facilities have met or exceeded HFAC standards.
