DEDICATION

This website is dedicated to the memory of our father, David Mosner. David Mosner started this Company in 1957 as a sole proprietorship out of the trunk of his car. With hard work, integrity, and honesty, he forged a significant corporation which is located in the Hunts Point Market in the Bronx, NY.

David Mosner was admired for his business acumen, generosity, and fairness. He was known throughout the veal industry as a moral and ethical businessman helping to set the standards for the industry. David Mosner's legacy is perpetuated by the way in which the Company continues to conduct business.

Michael and Philip Mosner

Michael Mosner - President - Michael was graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Agricultural Economics. He raised veal calves on milk replacer and grain diets before joining the Company in 1984. Among Michael's duties are livestock buying and sales.

Philip Mosner - CEO - Philip has worked for the Company since 1981. He was graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Agricultural Economics. Philip has worked in every aspect of the Company. He currently heads the lamb and restaurant divisions, and also is responsible for sales and management of the office.

Daniel Mosner -- Daniel was graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Agriculture. With 20 years experience in the veal business, Daniel rejoined the company in 2003. His specialties include innovation, new product development, merchandising and sales.

Benjamin Mosner - Benjamin has been with the Company since 2001 and is third generation in the family business. In addition to sales, Benjamin manages the production facility and fabrication of the veal and lamb and hand selects these items for you.

Larry Breth - Larry directs the lamb program. He has been with the Company since 1991 but has been in the business for 45 years. Larry has extensive experience with beef, veal, lamb, sheep, goats, and offals. Larry has a degree in business management from Long Island University.
