Our Founder—A Special Dedication
This website is dedicated to the memory of our father and grandfather, David Mosner. David Mosner started this company in 1957 as a sole proprietor peddling meat out of the trunk of his car. Against great odds, entering a very competitive industry, he forged ahead to success-the classic American Success Story.
David Mosner was admired for his business acumen, generosity, and fairness. He was known throughout the veal industry as a moral and ethical businessman helping to set the standards for the industry. David Mosner's legacy is perpetuated by the way in which the company continues to conduct business.
